Shepherd’s House Ministries in Bend, Oregon, seeks a part-time Peer Support Specialist to help manage day-use activities at The Lighthouse Navigation Center. Schedule: Tues - 8am-1pm, Thurs - 8am - 4:30pm, Fri - 8am - 4:30pm (Flexibility required as these hours/days may vary)

We are seeking a passionate and mission-driven Peer Support Specialist to help expand the impact of Shepherd’s House Ministries across all sites and advance this life-changing work.
The Peer Support Specialist provides a welcoming and safe environment at The Lighthouse Navigation Center, encouraging guests to engage in day-use activities and access navigation services. This role involves building meaningful connections with participants, assisting them in their pursuit of health, stability, and recovery, and collaborating with the team to address chronic homelessness in our region.
