Qualifications

  • Must have lived experience with substance use recovery.
  • Ability to share your recovery journey in a professional and supportive way.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Driver's License.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Peer Support Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Must be able to pass a background check and meet state/federal requirements.

Position Overview

As a Peer Support Specialist, you will provide mentorship and support to individuals receiving treatment for substance use and mental health challenges.
