Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to help adults in home and community settings in Nampa, Idaho. This part-time role uses lived experience to support recovery, promote hope and wellness, and collaborate with treatment teams to connect clients with community resources.

You will document care in EHR systems, travel as needed, and participate in ongoing training to grow your skills while developing a full-time caseload over time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and active insurance.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
• Active Family Support Certification or ability to meet requirements within 30 days.
• Background checks must meet Idaho standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

About The Role

As a Peer Support Specialist, you will deliver services to clients in the home and community setting. The Peer Support Specialist promotes hope, wellness, resiliency, and recovery outcomes by utilizing lived experience and personal knowledge to encourage client success and recovery.

Salary: $19 - $21/hour

• Satisfactory results of Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Enhanced Fingerprinting and background checks
