Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Peer Specialist in Saint Louis, MO to provide community-based behavioral health support to children, adolescents, and adults. You will collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to develop personalized treatment plans and promote wellness and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or another human services field; OR a four-year combination of higher education and two years of related experience.
• Knowledge of case management, rehabilitation methods, and behavioral health service delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to complete clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults to support recovery, wellness, and independence.

OR · Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with two (2) years of related experience; OR · Any four-year combination of higher education and two (2) years of related work experience; OR · Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support degree;
