Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a dedicated Peer Support Specialist in Kirksville, MO to empower individuals on their recovery journey. You will assist in crafting treatment plans, maintain open communication with referrals, and participate in staffing for continuity of care.

  • Provide individual or group services with a rehabilitation focus.
  • Help clients connect with community resources and supports.
  • Promote independence and active participation in treatment plans.
  • Assist in planning and promoting recovery goals.
