Develop and facilitate consumer groups and activities focused on recovery, wellness, social connection, education, and skill development.

Help individuals connect with community resources, activities, and natural supports.

Participate in Segue's Consumer Advisory Council and other efforts that strengthen consumer involvement and voice.

Collaborate with behavioral health professionals and other team members while maintaining appropriate peer-support boundaries.

Recognize when individuals may need additional clinical or supervisory support and involve appropriate team members.

Complete required documentation and provide services at Segue's Jackson and Hillsdale offices and throughout the community.

Transport consumers when authorized and assigned.
