Job summary

RaisingHealth Partners in Brooklyn invites compassionate Peer Specialists to help immigrant families access health and social services. You will provide outreach, interpretation, and follow-up support while building trusted relationships within Sunset Park and surrounding communities.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Mandarin and English, enjoy working with diverse populations, and have basic computer skills. High school graduation is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Prior experience in case management, outreach, or social services is a plus.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

RaisingHealth Partners, a Brooklyn-based nonprofit, is dedicated to breaking down barriers to healthcare for immigrants and underserved communities. Each year, we proudly help over 20,000 New Yorkers access critical health and social services. We’re looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Peer Specialists.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outreach and education to the immigrant community on healthcare access, social services, and immigrant rights.

This is a full-time role, Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm, with opportunities to grow within the organization. Please note that this position is funded through a grant, with funding in place into 2026.
