Job summary

RaisingHealth Partners in Brooklyn is seeking a full-time Peer Specialist to help immigrant families access healthcare and social services. The role focuses on outreach, interpretation, and supporting individuals in navigating resources.

You’ll work Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–6pm, with growth opportunities. Mandarin and English fluency, compassion, and experience in outreach or social services are valued; a high school diploma is required, bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Compassionate advocate with experience working with diverse communities.
• Prior experience in case management, outreach, or social services is a plus.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

RaisingHealth Partners, a Brooklyn-based nonprofit, is dedicated to breaking down barriers to healthcare for immigrants and underserved communities. Each year, we proudly help over 20,000 New Yorkers access critical health and social services. We’re looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Peer Specialists.
