You will assist clients in coordinating with case management, facilitating self-help groups, and providing crisis support when needed. The role leverages Medicaid Rehab Option services to promote recovery and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with treatment teams.
• Comfort with crisis intervention and de-escalation.
