Santé Group Companies is seeking a Full-Time Peer Recovery Specialist (in office) to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Elkton, MD. The role runs on 4:00pm-12:00am shifts Monday through Friday.
You will assess crisis situations, develop continuation-of-service plans, and serve as the on-site clinical liaison under supervision. The position requires CPRS certification, a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience, and a strong background in recovery.

Santé is seeking a Full-Time Peer Recovery Specialists (in office) to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Elkton, MD. The available shifts include: 4:00pm-12:00am M-F. As a Peer Recovery Specialist, you will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, and will develop a crisis plan for continuation of services related to individual clients. He or she will be responsible for all incident documentation and will be the on‑site resource for any relevant clinical information, as well as the liaison for collaboration with other involved parties including families, friends, and other community providers (all under clinical supervision of an LCSW-C/LCPC).
