You will provide support in homes, communities, and clinics, using lived experience to motivate and guide patients toward goals while maintaining professional boundaries and accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active peer recovery certification (CPSP/CPRC‑A/CPRC/NCPRSS) required.
• One year of peer recovery experience for Mobile Crisis or equivalent.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients in accessing recovery-oriented treatment and community supports.
• Provide peer recovery services across multiple care settings and locations.
• Document services in the electronic health record accurately.
• Develop rapport and support client engagement with treatment goals.
• Offer crisis management and de‑escalation as needed.
• Advocate for clients and connect them to resources and services.
