What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Peer Recovery Coach I engages, inspires, and facilitates meaningful conversations with members to help them explore, create, and meet their recovery goals. They provide consultation to promote and reinforce Telecare's Recovery Culture, respecting each member's point of view and preferences, and respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills to support a least restrictive environment during emergencies.
Shifts Available:
Expected starting wage range is $21.00 - $21.58. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.
Shift differentials for hourly staff: 6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift. Weekend Shift differentials: 5% for Weekend AM, 11% for Weekend PM, 15% for Weekend Overnight.
