Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and welcoming environment for individuals served.
• Deliver short-term, intensive, recovery-oriented services to adults in crisis.
• Provide recovery coaching to engage individuals with withdrawal management or residential services.
• Communicate hope and recovery through group sessions.
• Document interactions and progress in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Complete intakes onto the unit.
• Refer individuals to appropriate access points.
• Collaborate with team and other departments.
