Telecare Corporation recherche un Peer Recovery Coach II pour engager et inspirer des membres dans leur parcours de rétablissement. Ce rôle exige à la fois des compétences relationnelles et des connaissances spécifiques en santé comportementale. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme d'études secondaires ou GED, ainsi qu'une certification de spécialiste des pairs, avec au moins deux ans d'expérience dans le soutien à des individus ayant des défis en santé mentale ou comportementale. The Peer Recovery Coach II engages, inspires, and facilitates meaningful conversations with members to help them explore, create, and meet their recovery goals. The PRC II also coaches and guides other Peer Support professionals, provides supervision in collaboration with the clinical supervisor, and acts as a peer services consultant to program leadership and staff. They may deliver educational supervision groups on peer support services and roles.
Peer Recovery Coaches II promote and reinforce Telecare's Recovery Culture as defined by the Telecare Recovery Centered Clinical System (RCCS), recognizing each member's preferences and integrating them into services. They respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills to support a least restrictive environment during emergencies related to mental health or addiction.
4 Short Hour Positions:
The starting wage range is $22.17 - $27.08, with geographic differentials applied. Pay is based on experience and location.
