Qualifications

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Peer Recovery Coach II engages, inspires, and facilitates meaningful conversations with members to help them explore, create, and meet their recovery goals. The PRC II also coaches and guides other Peer Support professionals, provides supervision in collaboration with the clinical supervisor, and acts as a peer services consultant to program leadership and staff. They may deliver educational supervision groups on peer support services and roles.

Peer Recovery Coaches II promote and reinforce Telecare's Recovery Culture as defined by the Telecare Recovery Centered Clinical System (RCCS), recognizing each member's preferences and integrating them into services. They respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills to support a least restrictive environment during emergencies related to mental health or addiction.

Shifts Available:

4 Short Hour Positions:

• NOC Shift | 11:00pm - 7:30am | Friday & Saturday
• Shifts and days vary as needed

The starting wage range is $22.17 - $27.08, with geographic differentials applied. Pay is based on experience and location.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Peer Specialist and/or completed Peer Support Training
• Two years or part-time equivalent supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges
• Experience as a beneficiary of the public Behavioral Health system
• Successful completion of Peer Support or Peer Employment Training
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance
• Willingness to use company vehicle for client transportation
