ODC, Inc. is seeking Peer Mentors to empower individuals with disabilities through self-advocacy. This casual position offers in-person and virtual mentoring, with a focus on co-creating plans and guiding participants toward their goals.
Applicants must have IDD, be 18+, and willing to share personal experiences. Training includes a 90-hour paid internship to certify as a Peer Mentor, with access to reliable transportation.
