UCLA Health is seeking a per diem Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to support pediatric ICU, observation, and hem/onc teams. The NP should be flexible to rotate across multiple pediatric specialties as needed, on-site in Los Angeles.

Salary is $98.95 per hour with per diem arrangements. The candidate must hold a Master’s in Pediatric Acute Care NP, plus state licenses and national certification, with BLS and PALS, and at least two years of acute care pediatric NP experience.

This per diem APP position will assist with our pediatric ICU, pediatric direct observation, and pediatric hem/onc teams. The NP will need to be flexible and have the ability to rotate to multiple different pediatric specialty areas as needed.

Salary: $98.95/hourly

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Master's Degree or higher in an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a specialty in Pediatrics , Acute Care - Required
• CA NP, NPF, and RN license - Required
• NPI#, DEA#, Enrollment in PECOS, Enrollment on CURES- required
• National Certification in Nurse Practitioner Specialty as an Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner- Required
• BLS and PALS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - Required
• Two years acute care pediatric NP experience- required.
