Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an ACOE-accredited institution.
• Completed an ACOE-accredited residency.
• Eligible for Illinois optometric license.
• Primary eye care clinical expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Teaching: develop and deliver lectures and/or laboratories; maintain and expand clinical training environments; precept students.
• Service: collaborate with optometry/ophthalmology faculty; participate in leadership roles and college/university committees.
• Scholarly activity: engage in research and scholarly work, including presentations and publications.
