Qualifications

• Meets ASHA minimum standards for CFY including 36 credit hours.
• State SLP licensure and ASHA certification required.
• Minimum 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and provide quality patient care with centers and patients.
• Coordinate treatment programs with other clinical/therapeutic services.
• Evaluate patients, set goals, and monitor progress throughout treatment.
