Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or five years Healthcare leadership/management experience required.
• Medical Group experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administrative management to practice operations.
• Plan, develop, and organize workflow across the practice; direct and evaluate activities and staff.
• Manage financial performance of the practice and promote the practice within Medical Group and the broader medical community.
• Maintain working knowledge of clinical operations and cover staffing needs when required.
