Pediatrics Physician Job with WVU Medicine East in Martinsburg, WV

Join WVU Medicine East as a Pediatrics Physician in Martinsburg, WV, at PracticeLink.

Position Overview

West Virginia University School of Medicine Eastern Division seeks pediatricians (ranks available: Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor). The successful candidate will practice in Berkeley and/or Jefferson counties, WV.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care in a collaborative clinical environment.
• Engage in teaching medical students and residents.
• Practice includes 9 outpatient sessions per week (4 hours each), with one session off for administrative duties.
• Opportunities to participate in quality improvement projects and assume leadership roles in clinical and academic activities.
• Moonlighting opportunities in inpatient pediatrics with additional pay.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
• State medical license and DEA registration required by start date.
• Completion of Pediatric residency program.
• Board certified or eligible in Pediatrics.
