Seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to provide care at a clinic east of La Crosse, Wisconsin.

1. Flexible patient care hours.
2. Outpatient pediatric opportunity with a manageable call schedule.
3. Call responsibilities include phone call duties for critical labs, neonate hospital call, and in-person neonate call.
4. Call rotation involves one week of call every three weeks, supporting a balanced professional and personal life.
5. Strong multidisciplinary support with 24/7 consultative services for expert guidance.
6. Collaborate with pediatric specialists in areas such as endocrinology, cardiology, and gastroenterology, ensuring seamless care.
7. Average patient volume: 18 per day.
8. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic.
9. Teaching students, residents, fellows, or clinical staff is a core part of our Medical Education philosophy and expected of all staff.
10. Opportunities to participate in clinical trials and basic science research.
