As a Pediatrics Physician, I provide primary care to a diverse patient base in San Jose, CA, within a well-established healthcare organization. Financial Package: $328,000 in the first year

Practice: Established and well-funded organization with great bonuses (retention, sign-on, relocation), a strong 401k, and an established patient base with additional needs. Includes $80,000 in tax-free NHSC funds and a ready-to-expand FPOB base.

Location: San Jose, CA, in the heart of Silicon Valley, close to San Francisco and Santa Cruz beaches. Known for thriving industries like technology, innovation, agriculture, and manufacturing.
