Job Opportunity: Pediatric Physician

Join a dedicated team at a healthcare facility located in the scenic city of Palestine, Texas. Palestine Regional Medical Center offers a supportive and inclusive environment for healthcare professionals. As a Pediatric Physician, you will engage in valuable work while supporting OB/GYN and the Emergency Department in a community-focused setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care for pediatric patients, emphasizing support for OB/GYN and emergency services.
• Be available for phone consultations and emergencies within a 30-mile radius.
• Participate in all-inclusive coverage, approximately 10 days per month starting in May 2025.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Utilize the MEDHOST electronic medical records system for patient documentation.
• Respond to calls within a 30-minute timeframe.

Qualifications:

• Must be board certified in Pediatrics.
• NRP certification required.
• Preferably completed a fellowship in Pediatrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active medical license to practice in Texas preferred.
• Board certification required upon hire.
