Job description

Medical Group is seeking to add a BE/BC Pediatrician to their team. Be a part of a healthcare movement as you grow your career.   1. Provide primary, acute, and chronic patient care, including emergency care, at an Association-operated Community Health Center, and/or outpatient or inpatient care at a hospital.
  2. Develop and maintain good rapport with patients, treating each equally regardless of race, creed, color, sex, or socioeconomic status.
  3. Perform clinic healthcare duties for an agreed-upon number of hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate hospital duties, continued education, and patient needs.
  4. Maintain full active hospital privileges at Community Hospital.
  5. Provide call coverage and inpatient care at Community Hospital during weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, coordinated with the schedule of the health facilities and approved by the Medical Director.
  6. Work in a busy practice with adequate support staff.
  7. NHSC Loan Repayment site with HPSA score 16.
  8. Incentives based on productivity and quality measures.
  9. Engage in continued education through tuition reimbursement, paid continued education units, and paid state licensure.

Compensation & Benefits:

  1. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, PTO, and Paid Holidays.
  2. Retirement plan with a 403(b) match up to 4%, plus a 4% non-elective contribution, totaling 8%.
  3. Educational support with tuition reimbursement, paid continued education, and licensure expenses.
  4. Student Loan Forgiveness eligibility through NHSC Loan Repayment; HPSA score 14.
  5. Compensation package includes a sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and bonuses for productivity and quality.
