POSITION OVERVIEW

Zarminali Pediatrics seeks compassionate pediatricians to join our inaugural team in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. You will play a vital role in promoting pediatric health and fostering a supportive environment for patients, families, and the community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Patient Care: Deliver exceptional care through diagnosis, treatment, and personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, including acute concerns.
2. Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Monitor milestones, offer early intervention, and educate families on preventive care.
3. Patient & Family Education: Support families throughout the pediatric lifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy to adolescence.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with support staff and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
