POSITION OVERVIEW

Zarminali Pediatrics seeks compassionate pediatricians to join our foundational team in Memphis, Tennessee. In April 2025, we partnered with All Better Pediatrics, a trusted name for over a decade, to build on strong community roots and shape pediatric care in the region. You will play a vital role in advancing children's health and fostering a supportive environment for patients, families, and the community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Patient Care: Deliver exceptional care through diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans, while responding to acute concerns.
2. Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Monitor milestones, offer early intervention, and educate families on preventive care.
3. Patient & Family Education: Support families through all pediatric stages, providing guidance and empowering them with knowledge.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
5. Collaboration: Work with support staff, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
