Pediatrician Join a Thriving, Physician-Owned Practice with Excellent Work-Life Balance

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join our well-established, physician-owned pediatric practice located in a vibrant and family-friendly community. Our practice is known for its strong patient relationships, exceptional staff, and outstanding work culture. We're looking for a team player who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized care.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 1-hour lunch break (practice closes during lunch, no coverage expected)
  • Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (1 in 4 rotation)
  • Call Schedule: 1 week per month, minimal call volume (avg. 2-5 calls/week, seasonal)
  • No hospital rounding or callbacks

Compensation & Benefits:

• Health Insurance: Fully paid for employees; family plans available
• Paid Time Off:
  • 2 weeks vacation + 1 week sick leave (can be combined if needed)
  • 7 paid holidays per year
