Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join a busy outpatient practice in North/Central Indiana. The role includes outpatient care, newborn care, and some inpatient pediatrics, including attending scheduled C-Sections. The office is in a medical building attached to the hospital.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics.
• Experience in outpatient pediatrics preferred.
• Ability to manage 20-25 patients daily.
• Willingness to see newborns and some inpatient pediatrics.

Responsibilities

Join two full-time Pediatricians in a practice that offers outpatient care, newborn care, and some inpatient pediatrics, including attending scheduled C-Sections.
The office is located in a medical building attached to the hospital.
The role involves seeing approximately 20-25 patients daily over a 4.5-day workweek, with office hours from 8am to 5pm.
Compensation includes a competitive salary in the $245K range, supplemented by RVU and quality-based bonuses.
