Location:

Northwestern Ohio, the second largest city in Northwest Ohio and one of the few in the region with a growing population. Located about 47 miles south of Toledo, 108 miles north of Dayton, and 137 miles west of Akron.

A community-based healthcare facility offering a range of services including emergency care, surgical services, and specialized medical treatments. Known for its commitment to patient-centered care and community health initiatives.

Opportunity:

• Seeking Pediatricians to join at two locations. Flexible schedules to accommodate professional and personal needs, supported by a dedicated team.
• Open to full-time and part-time candidates, with a preference for full-time.
• Opportunities available in two locations.
• Flexible work schedules, including extended morning or evening hours.
• Manage a diverse and complex patient spectrum.
• Passion for serving underserved populations and improving patient access.
• Option to select patient types and practice at the top of license.
• 100% outpatient practice with no hospital call; light phone call (currently 1:5).
• Practice team includes three experienced Pediatricians, one PA, and one NP.
• Onsite phlebotomist, social workers, and care navigator.
• Busy practice with an average of 25+ patients per day.
• Engagement in community involvement and opportunities for career longevity.
• 24-hour in-house Pediatric Hospitalist services.
• Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.
