Practice Details:

1. 25 Locations throughout North Carolina to choose from
2. 23 years in practice
3. 100% Outpatient
4. Scope of practice: Focus on general pediatrics; refer to specialists as needed
5. Work-life balance: Patients from 8:30-5 PM, then enjoy your personal time
6. No at-home charting
7. No Inpatient care
8. No Call or Weekend shifts
9. No Procedures required
10. Guaranteed salary, no RVUs
11. Care management team support

Work Environment:

• Dedicated Medical Assistant per physician
• Administrative team to assist with non-clinical tasks
• Approximately 25 patients per day
• EMR: Office Practicum (OP)
• CLIA Waived testing for quick results
• FQHC Look-Alike Facilities serving underserved populations, including WIC and complex families
• Military-affiliated physicians are welcome; serving armed forces families
