Pediatrician needed in Oneonta, New York

Located 80 miles from Albany, NY and 150 miles from NYC

• H1B sponsorship

Position Details:

Full-time, permanent

Outpatient pediatrics. Office hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday. A four 10-hour day work week option is available.

After hours call 1:6 weeknights/weekends for backup coverage of advanced practice clinicians (APCs) in the hospital. The pediatric inpatient service and birthing center are staffed by APCs 24/7/365 along with a daytime hospitalist. The on-call pediatrician provides support in Cooperstown on evenings and weekends. Medical student instruction with academic appointment to the clinical faculty of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Group Employed Model. Integrated EPIC Electronic Medical Record. Excellent subspecialty access, including convenient e-consults.
