Compensation:
- Base Salary: $305,000
- Productivity Bonus: $24,000 - $48,000
- Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 (paid after 30-60 days of employment)
- CME Activity Reimbursement: $1,500
- Optional Inpatient Evening Call: Bonus of $250/night (5 days/month), totaling $15,000
- Optional Inpatient Weekend Coverage: Bonus of $3,000/weekend (1 weekend/month), totaling $36,000
- Optional Inpatient Holiday Coverage: Bonus of $1,500/holiday or 8 additional hours PTO

Location:
Located in the beautiful Sonoma Wine Valley with a comfortable year-round climate, offering outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and exploring local wineries. Our practice is one of the largest psychiatric outpatient providers north of San Francisco, with a dedicated team committed to excellent patient care.
Duties and Requirements:
- Perform psychiatric diagnosis, treatment interpretations, and recommendations
- Provide effective treatment; formulate, implement, and evaluate treatment plans
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with applicable laws
Outpatient Practice Details:
- Average patient load: 10-12 patients per day
- Treat children and adults
- New patient consultations: 60 minutes; Follow-up visits: 15-45 minutes
- Support from medical assistants and billers
- Efficient medical record, prior authorization, prescription, and lab management systems
- Provide TMS treatment (8-10 patients daily)
- Opportunities for mentoring and collaboration on complex cases
- Assist colleagues with vacation and sick leave coverage
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Completion of a Psychiatry residency program approved by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Valid DEA Certificate
- Current California license with no prior disciplinary actions
- Comfortable with EMR, e-prescribing, dictation systems, and template-driven documentation
