Job description

Walk-in Clinic - Pediatrician

We are seeking a Pediatrician for our walk-in clinic with the following details:

1. Hours are currently 8am-7pm with no weekend shifts.
2. Schedule is flexible based on FTE, with 4-hour shifts: 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, and 4pm-7pm.
3. The clinic is located in Building A (out of three total buildings).
4. All 8 clinicians (6 physicians and 2 APPs) rotate these shifts.
5. The clinic sees approximately 11,000 visits over 240 days, averaging 45 visits per day or about 15 per 4-hour shift, with seasonal variability.
6. The goal is to hire 2-3 pediatricians dedicated solely to the walk-in clinic, allowing current pediatricians to focus elsewhere.
7. Compensation includes a lucrative guarantee of $300,000 with upscale potential, based on a wRVU production model.
8. An incentive/retention loan of $100,000 is offered, forgiven over 4 years, with partial payment at signing and at employment start.
