Pediatrician is needed to join an established practice in Janesville, WI - Permanent Position

Palm Health Resources, a premier healthcare staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Pediatrician for a permanent position in Janesville, WI. This opportunity involves treating patients under the age of 18 in a primary care setting.

Position details:

1. Position type: Permanent full-time
2. Patient population: 0-18
3. Active Wisconsin License preferred but not mandatory
4. Open to experienced candidates and new residency graduates
5. Shifts are 8 hours; call is 1:4 to 1:5
6. Ability to work with autonomy at times; NP/PA staff available
7. Primarily clinic-based with limited inpatient responsibilities
8. Low inpatient census, mainly for kids needing fluids or antibiotics
9. Patient volume: 16-22 per day
10. Competitive two-year guarantee with production incentives
