POSITION OVERVIEW

Zarminali Pediatrics seeks compassionate pediatricians to join our inaugural team in Arlington Heights, Illinois. You will promote children's health and foster a supportive environment for patients, families, and the community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Patient Care: Provide exceptional diagnosis, treatment, and personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, including acute concerns.
• Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Monitor milestones, offer early interventions, and educate families on preventive care.
• Patient & Family Education: Support families through all pediatric stages, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy to adolescence.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with support staff and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution
• Unrestricted Illinois medical license
• Illinois DEA license
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics

• Comfortable in a team-based environment
• Empathy for patients and families
• BLS/ACLS Certification
