Qualifications

• RN licensure in Alabama is required.
• Experience in clinical supervision and staff development.
• Knowledge of DMH, Medicaid, Joint Commission standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs the clinical nursing services provided at Accordia Pediatrics and Pediatric Psychiatry and Accordia Health & Wellness.
• Monitors program contracts and budgets, staff productivity as directed.
• Ensures compliance with applicable standards and data requirements.
• Communicates effectively with physicians regarding patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Performs medication administration with adherence to the Seven Rights.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities and interdisciplinary meetings.
