Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis seeks an Operations Manager in the Pediatrics Administration to lead strategic initiatives and coordinate complex projects across the service line. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Three to five years of healthcare operations experience.
• Experience supporting operational initiatives, project management, or performance improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Nursing experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage strategic initiatives, operational projects, and priorities for the Pediatric service line.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance.
• Lead Lean and performance improvement efforts across pediatric operations.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure documentation and compliance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
