Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Nevada.
• Master's degree in nursing or Bachelor’s in nursing with master/doctoral in a related field.
• Minimum three years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, prepare, present, and evaluate program instruction and activities.
• Maintain credible evaluation records for each course and hold office hours regularly.
• Integrate Watson’s Theory of Caring and QSEN competencies into teaching and clinicals.
• Demonstrate current clinical skills and supervise students in clinical labs.
• Participate in curriculum development, policy reviews, and program assessment.
• Represent MFSON and NCI to external agencies and engage in committees.
