Qualifications

• Proof of completion of a Medical Assistant program OR at least one year of Medical Assistant work experience OR current active and in good standing RN/LPN license to practice nursing in Utah
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers. Must be obtained prior to start date
• Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry

Responsibilities

• Providing patient care under the direction of the clinician and assisting the provider with gathering information for visits.
• Effective communication with patients by phone and in person.
• Team collaboration with cross-functional staff to support patient care and accurate documentation
