Qualifications

• Completion of Medical Assistant program or equivalent.
• At least one year MA experience or RN/LPN license in Utah.
• Current BLS certification before start date.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills (word processing, data entry).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to protect PHI and patient privacy.
• Utah MA residency program if certified with less than one year MA experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing patient care under clinician direction and gathering information for visits.
• Clear communication with patients via phone and in person.
