Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Mystic Islands, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide focused, one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring meaningful patient relationships and consistent clinical support.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License required.
• Physical exam within three years.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License

• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G‑tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.
