Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Physician to review inpatient medical records and clinical documentation for an AI training project. This remote contractor role focuses on ensuring clinical accuracy, documentation quality, and consistency across patient records.

Responsibilities include evaluating HPI, PMH, assessments, and care plans, reviewing notes and data, and identifying missing or erroneous information to improve AI models and data quality.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current inpatient or hospitalist experience within the past two years.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and medical record data.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to follow guidelines.
