Join our Division of Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes at Penn State Health!
The Department of Pediatrics offers a dynamic environment with a recently expanded Children’s Hospital. Our division has grown over the past five years and continues to promote excellence in clinical care, education, and research.
Who Are We?
- A growing division with 7 physicians (5 full-time)
- 1 CRNP, recruiting for a second
- Comprehensive ancillary staff including administrative support, 4 diabetes nurse educators, 2 endocrine nurses, 2 dietitians, and 1 social worker
- Infusion Center for endocrine testing
- New outpatient clinic facility
What We Are Seeking?
- Board-certified or eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist
- M.D., D.O., or non-US equivalent
- Pennsylvania license or willingness to obtain one
- Clinical research interest is supported but not required
Responsibilities:
- Outpatient care in endocrine and diabetes clinics
- Inpatient consults (8-10 weeks/year)
- Trainee and student education
- Shared call duties with a robust triage system
