Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking a Clinical Technician for the Pediatric Emergency Department. In this role, you will work nights from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. under the supervision of an RN to assist with patient care and support the pediatric team.

You will perform tasks such as vital signs, weight measurements, and basic patient care, while contributing to a welcoming, healing environment for young patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross required (during hire if not held).
• Nursing students must have BLS prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision, including vital signs, weight, and personal care.
• Report abnormal findings to an RN.
• Help keep patients' rooms clean and orderly.
