Job description

An award-winning, 500-bed hospital located on the Central California Coast is seeking a pediatrician to oversee their pediatrics residency program in an associate role, as well as to work part-time in an outpatient setting. This beautiful, oceanfront community is the epitome of the Central / Southern Coast of California.

The Position :

  • Oversee pediatrics residency program that accepts 6 residents per year in a FTE role
  • 500-bed hospital has strong pediatric sub-specialty support including 8-bed PICU and level III, 22-bed NICU
  • Practice FTE in an all outpatient pediatrics setting with no call
  • Compensation package includes a base salary between $212,000-230,000 per year with a production and quality of life incentive bonus
  • Sign-on / relocation up to $40,000, Full Benefits, PTO, CME, and a $300,000 housing assistance loan to help you relocate to the area
