Job Overview

LifeBridge Metropolitan Anesthesia, a new medical group, provides general, pediatric, and cardio-thoracic anesthesia services at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and other care centers in the Baltimore region. Sinai Hospital, located in Baltimore City near the Pimlico Racetrack, is a full-service non-profit acute care hospital, Level II Trauma Center, and teaching hospital with residency programs in various medical fields.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology required
• BLS/ALS/PALS certifications necessary
• Provide pediatric anesthesia services, including at-home call (7 days in a 28-day period, call-in rate approx. 5-10%)
• Opportunity for additional compensation for extra call duties ($250/hr)

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary starts at $505,000, plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, CME reimbursement, license renewals, memberships, 8 weeks paid vacation, holidays, and employer contributions up to $30,000/year towards retirement plans.
