Pediatrics - Allergy and Immunology Physician Job with University of Minnesota Physicians in Minneapolis, MN

Join to apply for the Pediatrics - Allergy and Immunology Physician role at University of Minnesota Physicians.

The University of Minnesota, Department of Pediatrics, seeks an Assistant or Associate Professor to join the Division of Rheumatology, Allergy, and Immunology. The division includes two other allergy/immunology providers—one full-time and one with an adjunct appointment.

Responsibilities include approximately 70% clinical care (primarily in Pediatrics, with flexibility for clinical time in Medicine based on the candidate's preference). The remaining 30% involves teaching medical students, residents, and fellows; engaging in interdisciplinary clinical and research activities; and developing an Allergy/Immunology fellowship training program.

Qualifications:
  • Board certification or eligibility in Allergy & Immunology
  • At least two years of fellowship training in Allergy & Immunology
  • Board certification in General Pediatrics or Internal Medicine
  • Medical licensure in Minnesota by start date
  • Experience in clinical service, education, and clinical/translational research
  • Experience with inborn errors of immunity/primary immunodeficiencies and expertise in allergy and asthma are desirable
