Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Manager, Advanced Practitioners to lead and oversee physician assistants and nurse practitioners within the service line. This clinical leader ensures onboarding, education, and daily operations align with the service-line strategy and goals.

The role partners with physician and administrative leadership to deliver high-quality care, maintain compliant practices, and drive performance improvements across the AP group.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in Advanced Practitioner leadership preferred.
• Current PA/NP license in PA and/or NJ required.
• Master’s degree required; Doctorate optional; NCCPA certification required for PAs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with administrative and physician leadership to achieve department goals.
• Mentor APs and oversee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Oversee APs day-to-day operations and staffing decisions.
• Coordinate AP student rotations and recruitment/hiring activities.
• Ensure completion of AP education activities and competency reviews.
• Participate in departmental committees and performance improvement initiatives.
