Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking an experienced Manager, Advanced Practitioners to lead the service line’s APs, ensuring onboarding, education, and daily clinical operations align with strategic goals.

You will mentor APs and partner with physician and administrative leadership to maintain high-quality care and efficient service delivery. The role requires a Master’s degree, PA/NP licensure in PA/NJ, and NCCPA certification for PAs, with prior AP leadership and surgical experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; MHA/MBA preferred.
• Current PA/NP license in PA and/or NJ.
• NCCPA certification for PAs is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP onboarding, orientation, and education.
• Oversee day-to-day AP operations and performance.
• Partner with physician and admin leadership on department goals.
• Recruitment and hiring of APs; ensure competency development.
• Ensure APs comply with policies and quality standards.
