Qualifications

• Current state license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current state license as a Physician Assistant.
• Current certification from a recognized certifying organization such as the National Commission of Physician Assistants.
• AND Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• AND Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Medical history intake and physician examinations.
• Sports physicals and ADHD/ADD management.
• Circumcisions and well-childcare including immunizations.
• Treat childhood injuries and illnesses and monitor chronic diseases.
